Rapid Population Growth

Rapid population growth on earth (which has been uneven geographically) has resulted in strains on various environmental resources including water and food. This rapid growth has also contributed to various unsustainable environmental pollutions.

While certain countries and regions have put in place policies to slow down the negative impacts, global solutions are needed to prepare for the continued population growth in certain parts of the world to avert potential human and environmental tragedies in future.
